Our client, a leading company specializing in custom retail displays and store fixtures, is looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join their team in Union City, CA. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, candidates, and vendors, ensuring all their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, candidates, and vendors as they arrive, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate employees they are scheduled to meet.Keep the front lobby, kitchen, and conference rooms clean, organized, and stocked at all times.Order and set up food for client and team meetings in conference rooms, ensuring a seamless experience.Assist with visitor management, including making dinner reservations, arranging seating, and notifying employees of guest arrivals.Support social and team engagement activities, assisting with events as needed.Order supplies for the office, upcoming events, and as needed by managers.Provide administrative assistance to the Fulfillment department, including:Calling stores as neededProcessing web-based hotline requestsTracking and reporting dataAssisting with invoicingAssist other departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing, as needed.Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by managers and senior leadership.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of prior administrative or clerical experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks efficiently.Ability to stay productive and efficient while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM and ERP software (such as SugarCRM, Smartsheet, and MS Dynamics 365).Experience with Adobe Creative Software (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.Pay and Shift:
Schedule: Monday to FridayCompensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
