Responsibilities for this _Front Desk Clerk_ job include:
+ Answering phones and helping walk-ins
+ Scheduling apts.
+ Maintain data base by entering new and updated information.
+ Maintain data entry requirements by following data program procedures.
+ Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
+ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing elated results as needed.
+ Verifies entered information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
+ Many other duties as well.
Qualifications for _Front Desk Clerk_ include:
+ 2 years clerical work experience
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft windows and office (word, excel, power point)
+ Work well with a team or independently.
+ Strong Customer Service
+ Ability to input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or 10 key.
Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
