The Front Desk Coordinator job in Falmouth, Maine is responsible for providing administrative tasks to assist the office and field staff while also managing the phone and in person greeting systems. The Front Desk Coordinator will also assist the accounting staff with billing and purchasing invoices when needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team and independently, have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple tasks at once. Will have excellent customer service over the phone and in-person. This is a full-time, day shift position.  

 

Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications: 

Lock and unlock the office doors for the business day.

Maintain a list of employees in the building during work hours.

Answer and screen or forward calls, provide information, take messages.

Greet persons entering the building, determine the purpose of visit and direct or escort them to their destination.

Hear and resolve concerns or complaints from customers or the public.

Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing, calculating or processing invoices. Some administrative work for the owner directly.

Order and maintain office, breakroom, and kitchen supplies.

Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, courier deliveries and packages.

Assist the accounting or billing staff as needed.

 

Required Skills: 

Must be able to reliably work 40 hours weekly.

Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED/or equivalent.

Must have a current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Experience with the following is preferred but not required: 

Microsoft Teams and Office 365 

Microsoft GP Dynamics

Crystal Reports


Front Desk Coordinator Details: 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour

Start Date: ASAP
