Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity in the field of educational services, specifically in the area of real estate studies. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, this role involves administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities as a Front Desk Coordinator. The primary workplace for this role is a professional and educational setting, providing support to students and staff. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers, both in person and over the phone, providing top-tier service and support. • Schedule classes and meetings, ensuring smooth operation of the school's calendar. • Utilize Microsoft Office suites and Microsoft Outlook to manage administrative tasks and communications. • Monitor and manage customer accounts, making sure all data is accurate and up-to-date. • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions. • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the campuses. • Use your knowledge of the Real Estate industry to assist customers and enhance their experience. • Leverage your skills in Administrative Assistance to improve the efficiency of daily operations. • Be proactive in problem-solving, thinking outside the box to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. • Enhance the customer experience by making decisions that contribute to a positive environment and excellent service. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance and Administrative Office roles • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook • Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and conduct client conversations effectively • Previous experience in the Real Estate, Corporate Real Estate, or Real Estate Industry is desirable • Possession of a Real Estate License is a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
