Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing customer service support to our educational institution located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment, focusing on maintaining efficient operations and ensuring exceptional client experiences in our real estate school. Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service to our students and visitors • Manage incoming phone calls and address queries effectively • Coordinate schedules and ensure efficient operations within the campus • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by students or staff • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook for administrative tasks • Provide onsite support as needed to facilitate daily activities • Engage in client conversations and maintain a positive and detail oriented attitude • Leverage your knowledge of the real estate industry to enhance customer engagement • Make critical decisions when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction • Foster a positive and detail oriented educational setting for all visitors and staff. Requirements • Demonstrates strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Administrative Office tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and particularly Microsoft Outlook. • Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate efficient and detail-oriented client conversations. • Must have a basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate. • Familiarity with the Real Estate and Real Estate Industry is a plus. • Possession of a Real Estate License is desirable but not a must. • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Must have a positive and detail-oriented demeanor.
