Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Baltimore, Maryland. In the non-profit sector, this role will require exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The selected candidate will interact with customers, maintain customer records, and handle customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process applications from customers • Keep customer credit records accurate and up-to-date • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required • Provide administrative assistance and organize files as necessary • Handle receptionist duties and manage a multi-line phone system • Offer concierge services to customers and visitors • Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries in a timely manner • Perform data entry tasks and manage CRM input • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative tasks • Leverage interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
