Description We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. The industry we operate in necessitates tasks such as receptionist duties and administrative office tasks. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your main role will be managing front desk operations and performing ad hoc admin duties. You will also be expected to handle customer inquiries and maintain customer records.
Responsibilities:
• Managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate personnel
• Greeting and welcoming guests with professionalism and courtesy
• Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required
• Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area
• Utilizing CRM software for customer management and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations
• Assisting with inventory control and maintaining an updated inventory database
• Ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Adhering to business casual dress code at all times Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Office procedures and tasks
• Demonstrated knowledge of Receptionist Duties including handling incoming calls and managing the reception area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to maintain a detail oriented and friendly demeanor at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong customer service skills and detail oriented appearance
