Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Healthcare and Social Assistance sector, located in Fountain Valley, California. This role involves a range of administrative and customer service tasks in a busy medical office setting. Responsibilities: • Accurately process patient demographic information including phone, insurance, address, reason for appointment, and referral source. • Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. • Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage tasks and communicate effectively within the team. • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner. • Utilize basic medical terminology in daily communications and tasks. • Assist with scheduling interviews and processing resumes as needed. • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. • Utilize multi-line phone system to manage calls and inquiries. • Work in a high-traffic environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. Requirements • Fluency in Vietnamese is required • Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records and managing office supplies • Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System in a detail oriented and courteous manner • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, including managing complaints and inquiries effectively • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, able to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other healthcare professionals • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word • Basic understanding of Medical Terminology, able to communicate effectively within the healthcare setting • Familiarity with the Healthcare Industry, understanding its unique demands and requirements TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
