In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, making you a vital part of the organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities
+ Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
+ Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts and departments.
+ Maintain the front desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
+ Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
+ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, mail distribution, filing, and correspondence.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy.
+ Provide basic information about the company to callers and visitors.
+ Support office coordination and special projects as requested by leadership or team members.
Requirements
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework in business or office administration is a plus.
+ Experience: 1+ year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role.
Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar administrative tools.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
+ Professional demeanor and a strong sense of reliability.
+ Preferred: Experience in a customer service or administrative role within industries like business services, hospitality, or nonprofit is an advantage.
