Description We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry located in Cary, North Carolina. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing our office's daily operations, including handling mail, maintaining office supplies, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all visitors, providing excellent customer service.
• Handle mail distribution and manage inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized front desk area.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Provide concierge services to the team, ensuring a smooth office operation.
• Use your interpersonal skills to foster a positive office culture.
• Answer multi-line phone system, directing calls as necessary.
• Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Assist in the relocation of individuals within the office as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance, with a focus on managing and organizing files.
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in providing concierge services, showcasing strong customer service abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a track record of handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Experience with data entry, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage emails and schedule appointments efficiently.
