Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Front Desk Coordinator, the role primarily involves managing the front desk and administrative processes for a detail-oriented services firm. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and an essential part of our team, ensuring smooth operations within our office. What you get to do every single day: • Facilitate and manage the greeting and direction of visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. • Handle phone calls, providing necessary information and redirecting calls as required. • Perform tasks related to mail distribution and sorting. • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments effectively. • Maintain the breakroom area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked. • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations when necessary. • Manage inventory and place orders for office supplies as needed. • Liaise with building services for any required maintenance or services. • Oversee the conference room schedule, including setup and breakdown for meetings. • Coordinate catering for office events and meetings. • Plan and organize team outings to foster a positive work environment. • Execute administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, filing, and organizing. • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. • Handle any additional administrative tasks and projects as required.
