Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Dallas, Texas. Operating within a dynamic environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including the management of front desk operations, the coordination of facilities services, and the organization of meetings and events. Responsibilities: • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. • Handle incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and redirecting calls as necessary. • Coordinate the organization of space within the facility, ensuring optimal use and efficient workflows. • Manage and coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants. • Perform receptionist duties as required, providing a welcoming and detail-oriented first point of contact for visitors and callers. Requirements • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Have prior experience in receptionist duties or a similar role. • Display a detail oriented and friendly demeanor at all times. • Be highly organized and able to multitask effectively. • Have strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. • Be capable of handling administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. • Have the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. • Be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic. • Have the ability to manage stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. • Show proficiency in managing office equipment, including printers and fax machines. • Have experience in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. • Be capable of dealing with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. • Be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs. • Possess good problem-solving skills.
