Real Estate Development Company located in the Bronx, NY seeks to hire a Temporary Front Desk Coordinator. This position will start asap and will require a commitment of at least 3-4 months. The candidate will work on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with varied hours.

Responsibilities:

Answering phonesCreating and maintaining filesCreating and maintaining work ordersOther tasks and special projects as requested

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel)Ability to complete multiple projects with different deadlinesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailStrong communication skills, written and verbalSelf-starter who takes initiativeAble to work alone and as part of a teamBilingual in Spanish a plus

Education and experience requirement:

1+ years experience in an administrative role within a management office or related field

Compensation:
