Part Time: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2pm or 2:30pm - 7pm,  Saturdays 9:30am - 4pm
Compensation: $13/hr + Bonus Potential

Driven to climb the company ladderPossess a winning attitudeHave a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurateHave strong phone and computer skillsHave at least one year of previous sales experienceParticipate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinicsBe able to prioritize and perform multiple tasksEducate patients on wellness offerings and servicesShare personal chiropractic experience and storiesWork cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environmentHave a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patientsManage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized mannerOffice management or marketing experience is a plus!

Essential Responsibilities

Providing excellent services to members and patients.The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.Greeting members and patients upon arrival Checking members and patients in to see the chiropractorAnswering phone callsRe-engaging inactive membersStaying updated on membership options, packages and promotionsRecognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team membersMaintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspaceConfident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packagesKeeping management informed of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and directionWillingness to learn and growAccepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning toolAble to stand and/or sit for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 50 poundsUpholding The Joint Chiropractic’s core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY
