\n \n Job Description
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting customers with any troubles or inquiriesthat they might have. Often, customer service associates help customers over the phone or viaemail, but they may also deal with customers in person. A customer service associate must possessa service-oriented attitude, as well as a friendly and personable attitude.
\n\nDaily responsibilities:
\n\n\nAct as the first point of contact for customers visiting the office when needed.\nMeet and greet customers and homeowners.\nAnswer phones and manage emails.\nResearch customer account information in the database and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, or email.\nCollect payments.\nData entry. Update homeowner and association information in the database.\nUse conflict resolution techniques to resolve customer issues.\nCoordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.\nAct as the first point of contact for customers seeking help with products or technical issues.\nProvide troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers.\nAssess the customer's needs and translate into solutions.\nProcess print jobs, scanning and faxing as general office support when needed.\nStock and manage supply inventory.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\nPay rate: $16.50 an hour.
\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\n1+ years of office work experience.\nCustomer service driven and team oriented.\nExcellent communication skills, written and spoken.\nProficient in Microsoft office products.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties andresponsibilities.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, maintain clean and organized work space.\nAble to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.\n\n\n
