Ensure team members follow quality standards, deadlines, and procedures, correcting errors or problems Provide team members with training in operations, coaching for improvement, and guidance in resolving escalated complaints or disputes Support leaders to prepare work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative team members Check and balance the daily figures, post room, and tax charges on guest accounts, assisting in daily operations at the front office, providing functional guidance and directions to the team Facilitate communication between the team members of all levels and guests Implements and maintains Delaware North policies and procedures Night Audit administration. More about you Prior customer service experience and able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills, as well as experience operating various office equipment Good interpersonal skills as well as verbal communication skills, reading, writing and speaking clearly in English Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure from guests or supervisors in a professional manner, and recognize the potential for a problem and rules to solve them Able to maintain confidential guest information and comply with PCI standards No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Frequent standing, bending, walking, and lifting and climb stairs during shifts Shift detailsDay shift
