We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our vibrant and diverse Rooms division
This role allows you to utilize your problem solving and hospitality knowledge to create a seamless experience to the guests. Ability to manage large team with diverse nationalities of team members.Key Accountabilities
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring rooms allocation and proper availability of rooms and inventory Support the revenue management program and maximize room revenue through the room upselling program Oversee and manage staffing levels and payroll expenses/ overtime in accordance with the budgetary guidelines and required service levels Create a seamless experience to the guests and ensure in line with the Peninsula Standard Lead by example, positively drive and motivate the team
