THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members.
If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you. Must be available Monday-Friday 4:30am-10:30am.

Greet members and visitors with a friendly smileTrack daily membership attendanceSales call to leadsGenerating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreachFollowing up with prospect leads via phone and emailManage leads within our CRMInteract with members on social mediaAssist in creating social media contentLight administrative and cleaning dutiesDeliver 5-star customer serviceABOUT US

Hourly rate PLUS complimentary membership
