This position requires an energetic & outgoing individual who is comfortable on the phone and in person discussing gym memberships. Here at Anytime Fitness Robinson, we want staff to feel that they are in charge of their destiny by providing a sales commission on memberships sold. It's very easy to increase total pay to double and triple the base hourly pay offered! Candidates must have reliable transportation and be age 18+. Current Shifts Available:  * 10 AM to 2 PM (until 1 PM on Saturdays) * 2 PM to 7 PM (until 5 on Fridays) Primary Responsibilities: * Calling new prospects and current members for the purposes of new membership sales & referrals * Booking appointments and doing membership tours * Using a CRM software to call, text, and email prospects and members * Updating membership billing * In-club sales provoking engagements  * Light cleaning Please note that we are hiring tech savvy individuals seeking long-term employment.
