Front Desk Officer | Karachi Job ID 202078 Posted 16-Jan-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative Location(s) Karachi - Sindh - Pakistan **Responsibilities** + Arrive well in time @ 9:00 am. + Greet and welcome incoming customers & guests. + Answer all incoming telephone calls and redirect them to concern Business unit/Concerned person. + Receive letters, packages etc. on the counter desk. + Maintains neat appearance of reception area, requests housekeeping services as needed. + Monitor office receiving supplies and prepare (Good Receiving notes) GRN. + Keep GRN records and files updated. + Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying. + To arrange the reservation of meeting /conference room (as and when required) + Receiving and sorting daily mail with respect to respective Business units. + Provide back up and manage out going and incoming mails (distribution) during absence of mail room executive. + Periodically inspects reception area equipment (Time stamp machine) to ensure good operating condition. Arranges equipment service as needed in coordination with the facilities team. + Reporting any health and safety Hazard to the facility supervisor for immediate resolution. **Experience:** + Minimum 3-4 Years of working in a similar role. **Qualification :** + Bachelor’s Degree should have excellent presentation and communication skills , Computer Literate. Experience of working in excel.
