EisnerAmper is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist in our Raleigh office.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is very organized, portrays a go-getter mentality and eager to provide exceptional service to the firm.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Assisting clients in finding their way around the office

Announcing clients as necessary.

Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, sending out mail (Fed-Ex), taking notes.

Preparing meeting and training rooms.

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

General cleaning of conference rooms

Organizing closets with stock items

Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

May include lifting boxes to move them to designated areas

Load, unload and distribute office deliveries

Fulfill work order requests such as: toner, copy machine issues, and special requests

Service and hospitality experience preferred as applicant would be a go to resource for any office related requests

Organize storage closets

Sorting and distributing mail.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

Provide excellent customer service.

Scheduling appointments and meetings.

Protect and maintain client confidentially 

Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchenette

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma with

2+ years of experience as a receptionist in a professional setting

Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on pending open tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good time management skills

Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams

Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines

Ability to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics
