Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be part of the office support team, providing essential services to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Front Desk Receptionist
**Location:** Reston, Virginia
**Pay Range:** $21hr - $23hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Welcome employees, candidates, clients, partners, and other guests as a positive first point of contact to our Reston office.
+ Assist with vendor screening and manage office supply inventory, ensuring an organized backstock throughout the office.
+ Support real estate, facilities, and WX onsite teams as needed, including coordination for all site events.
+ Oversee badging and the guest check-in/check-out process, ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.
+ Consistently seek ways to improve the office environment, prioritizing employee experience.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
+ Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
+ Flexibility and quick adaptability to changing situations.
