Administrative Front Desk Receptionist
Location: New Rochelle
Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Position Overview: We are seeking an administrative specialist to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This role involves greeting guests, managing the front desk, and performing basic support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting Visitors: Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
· Answering Calls: Handle incoming phone calls, screen them, and forward them as needed.
· Mail Management: Receive and sort daily mail.
· Appointment Scheduling: Make appointments for staff or specific employees.
· Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
· Basic Clerical Tasks: Organize files, process bills, and assist clients or customers with questions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
· Proficiency in greeting visitors
· Experience in answering calls
· Competence in mail management
· Ability to schedule appointments
· Strong customer interaction skills
· Capability to perform basic clerical tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
