The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for performing all patient data collection, charge entry, communication with patients, venders, and public.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Responsible for the collection of patient demographics, collection of copays, collection and completion of daily deposits, answering phones and making appointment.
Is responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operation and patient flow.
Instruct patients to complete registration packet, verifies, and updates patient information.
Obtains and scans copies of I.D. cards, insurance cards etc.
Verifies insurance, collects co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
High school diploma or GED
One year of clinic experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
