Position Overview
We are seeking a fulltime, experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our Occupational Medicine clinic!
Responsibilities
Answer phones and schedule appointmentsGreet patients and visitors in a pleasant mannerPatient check-in and check-outPrepares charts accurately and completely, ensuring completion of all intake formsEnters patient demographics, charges and payments into the clinic computer systemVerifies patient insurance eligibility and coverageAccurately handles the collection of patient paymentsMay be required to accurately conduct end of day balancesMay be required to float to other clinics as neededOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalentMinimum of one (1) year of Front Desk Receptionist experience in a family practice, internal medicine or OB/GYN clinic settingBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
