Our goal is to continue to build our culture focused, work hard-play hard Club Pilates Team into a true family of locations. 

The Role

The Front Desk Sales Associate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales. Main responsibilities include bringing in new members and booking them into Intro Classes, assisting with member retention, maintaining studio cleanliness, and handling customer queries. 

We are looking to add both full and part time positions to our team.

Qualifications

MUST demonstrate ability to empathize with customers and recognize underlying needs and issuesSales experience is requiredInterest in fitneess, health, wellness is preferredExcellent sales, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to learn and use Club Ready software system - proficient computer skillsAbility to sit and stand for 8 hours in a workday

Responsibilities

Execute sales process consisting of lead generation, consistent follow up, and closing of dealsConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting unique needs/wants of each clientEmphasize and enforce objectives of club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available service to current and prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaParticipate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community/hospital events to promote the club
