POSITION OVERVIEW: Club Pilates in Hampton seeking a highly motivated individuals with a heart for fitness and a passion for seeing others (and themselves) achieve their very best. The ideal candidate would assist the General Manager with growing the business by delighting members and prospects through excellent customer service and relational empathy.

DAILY EXPECTATIONS:

Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and understanding individual’s needs and goalsArticulate communication to all visitors via in-person, phone, email & textMaintain educational & professional growth Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerEngage in meaningful solution based and relationship building conversationsMaintain club appearance in/out of studio and esteemOther duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
 

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingAbility to learn and use the Club Ready management software, Club Pilates App, Digital phone systems, and Social Media CommunicationExcellent communication skills via in person, phone, text and email and social mediaAbility work under pressure and manage time to complete tasksMust have very proficient computer skillsOccasional travel may be required (Local Networking/Grass Roots Events).
