The Front Desk Supervisor orchestrates and expedites the registration and check out process at the Front Desk. Oversees the daily operation of the Front Desk. Schedule Details:

The Front Office Department operates 7 days a week. You will be assigned a 8 hour shift between the operating hours of 6am – 11pm time range to include Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays and as business needs. 

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Greet and welcome owners / guests upon arrival.  Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address and credit information. Accept payment for guest accounts at check in and check out. Promote the Hilton Grand Vacation services and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.

 

Responsible for training and direction of new department employees.  Ensure all Front Office quality standards are compiled with and that all policies and procedures are consistently applied.  Provide ongoing training and support to Front Office Clerks.

 

Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily Supervise the front desk agents, ensuring the correct sequences of events for proper registration and check out of guests.

 

Assign specific tasks to front desk agents relative to credit, missing addresses, registration bucket maintenance, registration cards, posting charges and overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk.  Issue keys to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes.  Post miscellaneous charges as requested.

 

Maintain a daily log of all guests’ opportunities with corrective action steps.  Follow up on any unresolved situations in a timely manner and pass on appropriate information to other Manager/Supervisors for handling. Assist in all department meetings.

 

Follow-up on credit opportunities during each shift, other duties as assigned by management.
