Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor manages the front desk team, ensuring exceptional service for guests or clients. This role involves supervising check-in/check-out procedures, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.  This role involves developing sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The supervisor ensures a positive guest or client experience, upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Front Desk Operations: Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments. Ensure efficient handling of all guest or client inquiries.

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed. 
Team Management: Supervise, train, and provide guidance to front desk staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure all staff are adhering to company policies, procedures and meeting sales goals.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests or clients, address complaints, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, including guest information, billing, and incident reports. 
Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the front desk team, management. Communicate important updates or issues to all relevant parties.
Problem Resolution: Address any challenges that arise, whether related to guest complaints, operational issues, or emergencies. Required Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in front desk software, Microsoft Office, and office equipment. Hours (may very)- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM 
Weekend Availability is Required Compensation: $16.00 per hour
