\n \n Job Description
Responsible for overseeing Front Desk staff. Provides a positive first and last impression to guests when they arrive and leave the community by attending to resident and guest vehicles. Parks and retrieves vehicles in a safe and timely manner. Provides transportation coordination to the residents for appointments and errands, such as medical appointments, banking, shopping, worship services, entertainment, and other miscellaneous activities. Ensures safety of all passengers. Runs event and community errands as needed. This role does not have a set schedule.
\n RequirementsDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\nTrain new associates on daily duties. Including taking them on a tour of the building.
Guide all FD staff and ensure they maintain superb Hospitality skills.
Supervise daily operations of front desk.
Produce bi-weekly front desk staff schedule.
Communication: Attend appropriate meetings,Email RS Director about staff or resident issues or concerns, Email reports- Housekeeping, set-ups, other. Log incoming mail and packages appropriately and deliver to designated times to
transition between classes.
Create and maintain working documents that the FD uses: ex. Housekeeping reports, guest room cards, and set-up book.
Set up Tables, chairs, audio/visual system, and any other equipment for events, meetings, and special events.
Transportation: Drive bus when needed, Valet services – parking and retrieving cars, Maintain all equipment used on daily basis: ex. a/v equipment, chairs and tables.
Hospitality: Serve residents and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them
