We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as the Front Desk Supervisor. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While helping to lead and motivate the front desk team with checking in and registering our guests.

What do we need from you to be successful in this role?
As this role will be supervising other front desk agents, previous hotel front desk experience is a must, supervisory skills training or experience is preferred.Customer service is our top priority, consistently being awarded JD Powers Customer service awards. Being on our team means you have a strong desire to make an impact on other peopleThis role interacts with guests and team members all day, they must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with an outgoing and engaging personality.The hotel operates off a Property Management System and the front desk agents work in that system all day long, someone with the ability to pick up computer skills easily is necessaryThe front desk role is at the center of attention to all hotel guests and requires someone to be able to stand for the duration of the shiftHotels operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our teams must be flexible with respect to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.__________________________________________________
