Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our Seasonal team for 2025!

What you will do

Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: All hotel features/services, hours of operation. History of the building, all room types, numbers, layout, decor, appointments and location. All room rates, special packages and promotions. Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, room availability status for any given day and scheduled daily group activities / VIP’s and all Residence types and features.Be able to perform all Front office duties during all shifts, morning, evening and night shiftsDue to the nature of our business, must understand and appreciate that work schedules and demands of the position may vary from time to timePerform any reasonable task as requested by managementEnsure the cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk and Back OfficeChecks in guest in a seamless, friendly and engaging manner while using the guest nameCoordinate with relevant associates and department to create a memorable arrival experienceAssures the guest is assigned correct room type requested, to confirm room reservation details and the correct rate is being charged. Ensures correct keys for correct room are issuedLiaise with bell attendant to arrange an efficient luggage deliveryOffer assistance with hotel orientation explaining the hotel facilities including opening times and offerings

What you bring

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union.Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage.A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
