Job Description Front end developer with experience to produce scalable software solutions as part of a cross-functional team responsible for application development from conception to deployment. Additionally, this role will need to have prior experience in developing towards WCAG 2.2 and/or Section 508 compliance guidelines, identifying and remediating accessibility failures identified in code and testing against accessibility compliance with both automated and manual testing tools  Interface with engineering leads to define requirements, deliverables, and provide the necessary engineering expertise support to ensure delivery.  Partner with cybersecurity architects and lines of business architects to drive the strategic IAM architecture  Able to prototype new technologies and work with vendors to implement new capabilities/enhancements  Work with the team or as an individual contributor to perform analysis, design, development and testing of solutions to meet requirements.  Work in a consulting role with line of business technology partners to provide subject matter expertise as needed for various projects  Work under minimal supervision and be able to self-manage work load and ensure delivery of solutions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of front end experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular)  Strong understanding of Section 508 and/or WCAG 2.2 guidelines for building accessible products  Ability to provide solutions based on industry standard frameworks/platforms like SpringMVC, NodeJS, React, Angular, etc.  Understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility issues and how to resolve them  Skilled in using SDLC tools such as JIRA, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, SOAPUI, Postman, etc.  Ability to coordinate and Support large complex projects including product upgrades and deployment of new capabilities and enhancements.  Collaborate with backend developers to improve usability  Strong written and oral communications skill  Experience in Agile development methodologies Experience in secure programming practices  Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker  Strong skills in web design  Knowledge in security protocols null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
