Description We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating and modernizing our internal business applications and home-grown ERP systems. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to the overall technical direction of the team, and own the user interface of our applications. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Maintain UIs: Build and maintain user interfaces for internal business applications using React.js. • Migration and Modernization: Assist in migrating legacy systems to modern web technologies and frameworks. • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge. • Technical Direction: Contribute to the technical direction of the team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. • Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.
