Front-End Developer (Supporting A/B Testing)
**Job description** **:** Core Function The A/B Testing & Personalization Engineer focuses on implementing and optimizing web experiences through A/B testing and front-end development. This role works closely with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions across our web, (React) and iOS platforms while having opportunities. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** Development & Implementation * Build and optimize experiences in Monetate and Builder.io based on creative direction and strategy * Write and modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create different site versions and enhance website behavior * Integrate various tools and data sources with Monetate and Builder.io * Debug cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues * Ensure variations don't conflict with existing site functionality across web and iOS platforms * Manage site performance across different versions and handle test scheduling and traffic routing * Implement and validate responsive behaviors for both web and iOS experiences Technical Strategy * Set up and maintain analytics integrations between Monetate, Builder, and GA4 * Assist with technical design and implementation of new audiences and targeting conditions * Collaborate with marketing and product teams on new insights and technical design strategy * Document technical implementations for team reference * Support basic prototyping needs for A/B test concepts **Required Skills:** * Minimum 5 years of front-end web development experience * Strong expertise in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) * Proficiency with A/B testing tools (Monetate, Builder.io, or similar) * Experience with CMS tools like Builder.io * Advanced knowledge of Chrome DevTools and browser debugging * Experience implementing responsive designs across web and iOS platforms * Basic understanding of UX design principles * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Superb communication skills for multi-functional teamwork Preferred Additional Expertise * Crafting advanced interactive prototypes for complex user flows and animations * Building and maintaining reusable component libraries aligned with design systems * Leading prototyping practices and establishing team workflows * Advanced UX design collaboration and concept validation * Experience with modern design tools (Figma, ProtoPie, Framer) * React development and component-based architecture * Design system architecture and maintenance * Sophisticated cross-platform responsive design patterns for web and iOS * iOS-specific optimization and performance tuning **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
