Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $23 - $23 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. What you'll be doing as a Front End Loader: * Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to feed tires into the crushing machine * Monitor equipment operation and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. * Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on loaders and other equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team. * Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site-specific safety regulations.
