Your role and responsibilitiesMission StatementTo grow the business @ Rajkot in Gujarat-Mumbai cluster and bring a business for Drive Modules in Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUs.Work model: on site #LI-onsiteThis role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Ahmedabad, India.Main Accountabilities:Budget, Planning and ExecutionAchieve the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division.To Primarily focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market.Market DevelopmentDo inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition.Work closely with the CP/OEM/SI’s and share success stories.Sell with proper product positioning.OwnershipFull commitment to meet the budget numbers.Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed.Interact regularly with CP/OEM/SI’s sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment.MISRegularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise.Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.Projects & key account managementSystematically track the key projects and Customer activity. Develop a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI’s and take responsibility
Qualifications for the roleQualification: BE/ BTech, Diploma >3 years
