SUMMARY

The County Market Front End Supervisor is responsible for ensuring superior customer service, supervising and directing the Front End team, training and coaching staff to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages 3-12 Associates on the front end. Follows NFI policies and applicable federal, state and local laws. Assign and direct workAddress complaints and resolves problems


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Write reports and business correspondence. Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
