What You'll Do as a Front Gate Attendant

Greeting visitors: Professionally welcoming guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression. Access control: Verifying identification, and checking tickets or passes to ensure authorized entry. Information provision: Answering basic questions about the property, directions, event schedules, and facility rules. Security monitoring: Observing activity at the entrance, and reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents to security personnel. Log keeping: Maintaining accurate records of visitor information, including entry times and vehicle details. Communication: Effectively communicating with visitors, staff, and security personnel. Gate operation: Managing the gate system, opening and closing the entrance as needed. Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the gate area clean and organized.
