Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet all Guests entering the Toll Plaza, Front Gate, and processing Season PassesWork in a fast paced, high-volume, and exciting environmentPositively interact will all guests and provide exceptional guest serviceOperate scanners and computer systems for entry and Season Pass/Membership Processing and PrintingEnsure security policies are being followed regarding entry of the parkBe knowledgeable regarding park policies and the Season Pass / Membership Program in order to answer questions from GuestsContinually monitor the cleanliness within the assigned areaEnsure that Safety and Security Awareness are followed and practicedFollow correct cash handling proceduresMust follow Six Flags policies and procedures at all times.Other duties as assigned by Unit, Area, or Fulltime Management

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 15 years of age or olderMust be willing to work weekends, Holidays, days/evenings, and weekdays when needed for operationMust be able to light up to 50 lbs with or without assistanceMust be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rainMust be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipmentMust be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periodsMust be able to read, write, and communicate in EnglishMust be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all timesMust be able and willing to meet all Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord Grooming Standards daily
