JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for efficiently and accurately performing cashiering transactions for guests and Welcomes guests seats them at tables or lounge and helps to ensure quality of ability and service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Settles customer checks accurately. Properly complete all cash or credit transactions as necessary. Maintains knowledge of menu items, prices and the ability to describe all specials. Provides an excellent customer service atmosphere for all guests. Performs necessary side work and maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Ensures bank is returned to Cage at completion of each shift. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Greet guests in a timely manner Provide guests with menus Assigns guest to tables Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up Receive and record guests reservations Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service Other duties as assigned. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to push, pull, bend, lift and walk intermittently.
