Immanuel Communities is seeking an experienced Full time Front of House Manager III to work at Deerfield, located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. Must possess strong FOH management skills to be considered for this position.
Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education, and a $2,000 Hiring Bonus is being offered with this position (conditions apply*).

Job Duties & Skills RequiredWhat You Will Do
The Front of House Manager III will oversee all front of house (FOH) operations for all dining venues at an assigned Immanuel Community. Responsibilities include managing FOH operations, leading staff, and ensuring safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Two (2) years of dining room or front of house experience is required.
One (1) year of management experience is required
