Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position is essential Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and ensure smooth operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s schedule Proficiency in handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver exceptional service Duties will include but not limited to:
Create rosters for staff shifts Allocating duties to waitrons and cleaners Hold motivational staff briefings Manning the floor, ensuring guest satisfaction Staff cash ups Staff trainings Ensuring the restaurant is kept tidy at all times Front of House stock take Opening and closing of restaurant Please note that candidates who currently reside in the Western Cape are invited to apply for this position.
