**Responsibilities**
General
To be a visible member of the Workplace team within the assigned location, assisting the Front of House manager to ensure smooth operation and the provision of exceptional service by the Front of House team with particular emphasis of managing the Discovery Center in addition to the Flagship facility operation. Greeting and hosting the visitors to the Discovery Center and Flagship office, ensuring that they are attended to with the highest standard of hospitality until collected by the Sage colleague Ensure at all times that the entire facility is in a presentable condition and maintained to a high standard. This includes the daily resetting of colleague workspaces and public use, meeting, and event spaces. To ensure the comfort of all the visitors, enlisting the co-operation of the other departments and passing over relevant information to these departments. To ensure that the grooming standards are followed at all times. Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the Discovery Center and Flagship office and attached areas. Keeping basic office supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitors and colleagues at the Discovery Center and Flagship office. Signing in visitors adhering to the Client’s visitor management process and security protocols Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance To understand and live the Sage values at all times, and to be able to articulate what they mean and how they are applied in the execution of Front of House responsibilities. To understand, commit to and uphold the Operating Principles of the C&W-Sage contract. To understand Sage priorities as they apply to the location. To establish and maintain relations with key Sage colleagues in the region, as the trusted source of assistance and support as required. To help manage minor works as directed by Sage, assisting the Front of House Manager. Other duties as assigned
Service Quality
To establish and maintain relations with key Sage colleagues in the location, as the trusted source of assistance and support as required. To help ensure the Workplace Guide (full services directory) for the location remain up to date at all times. To work closely with the Sage IT team to ensure a seamless service in the location in areas such as access and security, visitor management, desktop IT, network availability and reprographics.
Supply chain
To ensure all third party services are delivered to the commitments of the global contract. To recommend changes to third party supplier arrangements where service quality, commercial or compliance matters are compromised.
Compliance
To contribute to the management of health and safety in the region, minimising or removing the potential for lost time incidents, and completing all required audit requests. To help ensure the region complies with the defined foundation standards (‘Sage Workplace’) using the assessment tool as directed. To contribute to the effective management of sustainability within the region as directed by Sage. To contribute to the effective management of the requirements of the Sage Business Continuity Programme (BCP) at the region.
