Compensation: $22-26/hour DOELocation: Alexander, NDAssignment Duration: 12 months +Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours +Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO Responsibilities Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphereAnswer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate officesOrganize and maintain files and records; update when necessaryCreate and maintain updated documents and spreadsheetsOversee sorting and distribution of incoming mailPrepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc Qualifications 1-5 years’ relevant work experience.Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, Outlook and Word)SCADA knowledge preferredA good understanding of project scheduling preferredGood communication skillsPay attention to details and well organizedWork independently with minimum supervisionHigh spirited, eager to learn, takes initiative, feels comfortable working out of the comfort zone dedicated and dependablePositive individual who can take detailed directionWilling to learn new skills and receptive to change; will be required to learn new software being rolled out
