The new combined national footprint will serve more than 250,000 properties, facilitate approximately 2.5 million repair and maintenance orders, and complete nearly 20,000 renovation and turn projects per year. This position requires a reliable, detail-oriented, energetic, and self-driven person to be the face of our business and provide world-class service to our visitors and team alike. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches and the flexibility to handle anything that might come their way. This person will report to the Workplace Operations Manager and be part of our stellar Administrative Team. We are looking for a team player with a team mentality. At Lessen, we are a team, and we lift each other up and help each other grow.What You'll Do:Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, including offering them a beverage. Ensure visitors have a pleasant front desk. Call team members expecting visitors and book conference rooms as needed.Keep the reception area tidy, including central kitchens and meeting rooms.Order and monitor office and kitchen supplies and order replacements as needed while ensuring the budget is not exceeded.Oversee stocking and organization of supply rooms. Ensure building policies and procedures are followed by Lessen and its employees.Assist the Workplace Manager in overseeing Lessen’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Assist Workplace Manager with culture events including but not limited to catering, SWAG, games, etc.Assist Workplace Manager in overseeing Certificate of Insurance (COI) to allow service, maintenance, and larger deliveries into the building.Provide support for general appliance maintenance/repairs with the Workplace Manager.Assist the Workplace Manager in facilitating any building or equipment repairs. Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail and packagesCreate New Hire kits given to new employees on their first day of trainingAssist employees in resolving vending machine issues, lost products, etc.Update the office seating chart each week Assist with the setup and breakdown of meetings/roomsCreate new cubicle name badges as needed for new employeesOperate office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, etc., as needed.This is not an all-inclusive list of assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.You Should Have:
