Our client, a construction management firm in Arlington, VA, is looking for a temporary Receptionist and Office Coordinator to support their team.

About the Job:

Greet guests, answer and direct phone calls.Distribute mail.Schedule meetings and conference rooms.Assist with events and social media.Other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

About You:

A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; An Associate's degree is required.2+ years of experience in office administration is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.Outstanding verbal and written communications skills are required.Great analytical skills and strong attention to detail are a must.

About the Position:
