Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine has an immediate opening for a TEMPORARY Front Desk Coordinator, in our fun and engaging Mt. Pleasant clinic on a full-time basis. 


This position is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out. The Front Desk Coordinator is a point of contact for all non-clinical patient services.

Job Duties:

Greet patients and provide outstanding customer serviceCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsCall new referrals and manage the phone systemElectronic schedulingVerify patient demographics and insurance informationUpdate patient charts as neededReconciliation of the day priorFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

High school graduate or higher1+ years of previous medical front office experienceExcellent communicatorProficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical softwareAvailable and flexible with your hoursDetail orientedGreat time management and organizational skillsContributes to a team environmentThis location will be the primary work location but please understand you may be required to cover at other local offices on occasion
