**Front Office Coordinator – Construction Company - Direct Hire!**
Locally owned construction company in Lawrence seeks a Front Office Coordinator. The company is well established and is well respected in the community. The Front Office Coordinator would support four executives at the corporate office.
**If you have worked for a builder, developer, mechanical, plumbing, electrical or similar trade business in the construction industry in an administrative role please apply today.**

The role would encompass Office, Marketing and HR duties:
**Office Duties**
+ Answer phones
+ Assign job numbers
+ Set up new job and work order files
+ Prepare correspondence, reports, etc. as required
+ Open mail daily and route-(twice daily)
+ Review vendor invoices and check for accuracy, sales tax, etc.
+ Insert appropriate general ledger or job number on invoices prior to routing
+ Coordinate and assist in preparing project closeout documents
+ Prepare special reports and complete other projects as directed
+ File project documents at completion of project
+ File builder’s risk insurance monthly reports
+ Coordinate and maintain current G/L & Prof Liab insurance policies
+ Maintain all old job files-electronic and hard files
+ Ensure that all office supplies are on-hand
+ Prepare and return all credit application requests
+ Prepare all OSHA reports
+ Prepare and distribute all Corporate minutes
+ Prepare weekly Staff and Partner meeting agendas and minutes
+ Maintain all company forms
+ Maintain a tickler file for all due dates
+ Maintain record of office equipment (computers, phones)
+ Contractor licensing
+ Accounting knowledge would be a bonus
**Marketing** - (Not required but would be a bonus)
+ Update all social media sites
+ Prepare company newsletter
+ Maintain contact with all owner media and PR personnel
+ Prepare all RFQ and RFP responses
+ Maintain and keep current company website
+ Prepare power point presentations
+ Prepare profile sheets on completion of projects
**HR**
+ Maintain all personnel files
+ New hiring procedures
+ Provide employees with health insurance updates/information
+ Provide and maintain Simple IRA information/files for employees

**Pay Details:** $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
