Front Office & Inventory Planner

What you will do

Summary Statement:

As the FO & Inventory planner, you’ll provide professional business supports & inventory management to contribute our business growth. This means not only ensuring high performance in current sales operations but also driving on-time delivery, demand forecasting accuracy & inventory efficiency. You will play the key role of connection of sales & supply chain from domestic and global, facilitating collaboration and operational excellence.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

Front Office

•Ensure customer orders fulfillments with high accuracy & timeliness in E1.
•Close communication & quick response on orders status to meet customers requested delivery time.
•Monitor past due & Aged orders.
•Logistic documents preparation.
•Update Monthly/Daily Sales & inventory reports
•Ad-hoc business supports to sales team if needed
•Other task assigned by manager

Inventory Planning

•Sales demand submission & analysis to drive stock availability and inventory level optimization
•Supply planning based on sales demands & UPF forecast 
•Supply flow continuous optimization based on business development
•Safety stock analysis & optimization with central supply team
•Purchase order entry & fulfillments in E1
•Logistic cost follow up & optimization with central  logistic delivery team & local PL 
•Regular demand/supply meeting with central counterparties
•Prepare required reports 
•ERP JDE E1 system maintenance
 

Who are you?


Requirement:

1.    Planning or logistic knowledge including demand / planning, supply chain process from procurement to delivery to customer is a plus.
2.    Bachelor Education with supply chain or finance or business management
3.    5 years + relative working experience in multinational company
4.    Good at Excel/Power BI and strong analysis ability
5.    High responsibilities, customer-oriented serving mindset.
6.    Willingness to change, self-driven, continuous improvements mindset.
7.    Good communication, teamwork, positive attitude and constant passion
8.    Fluent in English writing and speaking.
